Sign language is a resourceful and respectful communication skill that is not commonly learned or taught. We invite you to join us Wednesday, September 14th, at 6pm for 'Conversational Sign Language 101', led by Leanne Helmrich. Leanne will teach sign language etiquette and some basic phrases for conversation. Light snacks + drinks will be provided.

Leanne is a skilled Sign Language Interpreter that has been in the industry for 29 years. She works as an independent contractor that can be hired by clients for sign language interpretation services. We are excited to welcome her to The Nest and further our education and knowledge of sign language. 

Like most events at The Nest, this event is free for members + one guest, and $35 for non-members. Should you decide to become a member, the cost of your event ticket goes towards your first month of membership.
