Relax and Recharge

Join us Wednesday, October 12th at 6pm for an evening of relaxation, lead by Melissa Proski and Karen Simcik. Melissa P. is owner/practitioner at Soul Sounds, and Karen S. is a yoga instructor.  Get ready to fully relax and recharge by the end of the night. 

We will be lead through guided meditation, a yoga session, and a sound bath experience. We will then have 15 minutes of quiet journaling time. At the end you are encouraged to stay and mingle, or slip away for continued relaxation. 

 

Please dress comfortably, and bring a journal and yoga mat (extras available)

Like most events, this event is free for members +1 guest, and $35 for non-members. Should you decide to become a member the night of the event, the cost of your ticket will be credited toward your membership.
